Its not done for any purpose of the Neo, he is a real Ninja. Most of the event he goes in his civi's, but for the last day goes as full ninja - because he can, because he is

Im not sure if he is on here, Paul Morris, had a chat with him on Saturday and he is a top guy.

Hi guys, I am the one and only ninja. I started doing it there for some fun and to get people inline in the pits. It's now a tradition on the main final day for me. And yes it is a real ninjitsu suit with tabi boots and i do martial arts aswell as fire breathing and juggling. If any of you saw the prizegiving you would have seen some of my handy work (see phil's photos on neobuggy). My real name is Paul Morris also known as Moggy or mogsey. Hope to see you all there again next year :-)
