SX2 Part Numbers

Just wondering if anybody had the part numbers of all the 'essential' upgrades the car needs. I know people have told me what needs upgrading but i can't find them all on the schumacher site.

Are they not the ones listed about 5 pages from the back of the manual - 'Schumacher Speed Secret Options' ?

... or do u mean something else.
