Default reedy lipo, is it any good?

hi there,

the battery in my schumacher cat sx has just about had it. it is a trakpower gold 4900mah battery and has been charge probably 50+ times! while racing yesterday i asked someone who woks in the local model shop if they have any decent batteries. they had a load of these come in:

http://teamassociated.com/reedy/parts/details/685/

he would do one of these for £50 which is at a good price. but has anyone tried one? i would like to hear reviews or opinions of this battery.

any advice about this battery would be appreciated.

has anyone seen or tired one of these in a cat sx?

many thanks

lewis

Trakpower lipo should go for 1000 charges. My old one did well over 600 without any loss in performance

Got 2 of these lipos in the US 6 months ago and up to now I am very satisfied with both packs.

In my opinion they are really good value and have a very high constant power delivery without heating too much.

Bought them as Keven Hébert has been using them continously in his TCs.

Hi Buddy, I've been using 2 of these for the past 12 months. Fantastic performance still, same as day one. Can't recommend them enough. I think I paid around £80 each so £50 each is a bargain. Where is offering them at that price? I'm tempted with another 2.

CML are selling them at that price because the NEW 60c cells are due out soon. The saddle pack versions are also going cheap aswell.
