Default Yellow stain on alloy

Cleaning her mums car over the weekend, its got yellow stains on the alloys, anyone got any idea of how to get that off?

Have you got a pic by any chance??

It may just need some acidic wheel cleaner on there....

Will get a pic. Yeah, am thinking that. Tried the usual off the shelf stuff but didn't help.

Might just ram some iron cut on it and see what happens
