we used a spare starter motor, bolted to a plate of 10mm alu,with a hud (that was used on a 1/12 stockcar.)cut down a old mardave axle then tap it to 6mm tread then screw it in( we use this way as, we also use it to true 1/8 stockcar tires) all this is made in a square frame,all squared up, then we have a a cutting blade that runs on a slider to cut down to the right size you want.i will try get some pictures off it for you,prob be tomorrow tho.
