Default stress marks showing in the shock tower mount

well first of all i would like to say sorry for all the thread but i seem to be having problem after problem


well when i was screwing in my two front bulkhead pieces, they started showing stress marks where i was screwing in the screws.


here are some pictures.





and its on both sides by the way.

Mines the same. Concerns me too but according to my friend whose been running his for a few months, his was exactly the same and his car doesnt seemed to have suffered from it.

I had the same thing on mine. I didn't like it either, but it hasn't caused any problems yet.

This happens when you tighten the screws but doesnt cause any problems at all.

Ive built two cars, which both did this and so did my brothers. Neither of us have had any issues.

Mine did this too, but nothing to worry about. I've stripped and rebuilt it a few times over the last 5 months for cleaning, etc and never stripped a thread or broken anything
