Are the cars brand new that you are trying to turn over on the starter box?

Is it the case that the king box has only got 1 12v motor in and may not be powerful enough to turn the motor over in the losi?

Could be that the motor is going down in the box so not enough power to turn the motor over in the car?

Also if you are using a box on new motors have you tried warmig engine up first with a hair dryer and then backing of the glow plug before you turn the engine over

Check the wheel is actually making contact with the flywheel of the engine.

If I remember correctly the wheel on the king start is quite large compared to most of the newer designs and I think without modification it hits the opening in the chassis before the flywheel.
