Question B4 Shock Springs

After racing on saturday, I talked to robin who noticed my shock springs had alot of c ring spacers on them. I got home and looked in the spares I got with my B4, there are a few sets of shock springs of varying colours. I have no idea what the difference is and what ones I should be using indoors. here are some pics of the different ones,

Short ones

Long ones

any suggestions, I also have a huge assortment of c ring spacers too. Also I have no idea what oil is already in the shocks.

This will confuse you......for details on car set-up. (BTW: The reynolds number for turbulent flow is wrong, it's at Reynolds number >3,000 not 2,000, and the reason it's laminar between the shock body and the piston is that there is no slip at the wall due to the boundary layer of the fluid.)

The springs are from:

http://www.wheelspinmodels.co.uk/i/24522/
Similar for the rears.

For set-up sheets go to: http://www.cmldistribution.co.uk/team_setup.php
You can see what springs the Team drivers use on low and high traction tracks, although performance is still 99% driver ability/practice.
