Hi
The plastic sides should provide the car with more flex then the Alloy ones. This will allow the car to generate more grip on low grip surfaces like slippy floor or wet astro. At the moment i have the plastic sides on my car but may try the alloy ones at the weekend as i have struggled with the car being very twitchy on carpet when i dont run the roll bars. I will be at the Off Road Wars this weekend so please come and see me if you have any questions. David

Cheers David, I will go with the plastic ones fitted and see how we get on.
I will come and find you and see what you reckon after you have had a run on track |

I run the alloy sides, With the flex brace set loose.
It makes the car react faster for me. For slippy floor / low grip, I go for the plastic, If i can be bothered changing |
