HPI Pro Nitro Star glow plugs

I've just got this new engine for my Losi and would be grateful if any of you could suggest the best type of glow plugs i should be using in this engine?

I would use a OS P3 turbo plug for this engine as a good plug and a reasonable price

Or this plug again a reasonable price and a very good plug;
