Best cheap lipo charger on e-bay.

Apologies if it's being asked before, but as I need a balancer, I might as well get a charger with a balancer built in, then my old (non balance) charger will be a spare.

Are any of the cheap ones (B6 etc) on e-bay any good. If so, which is the one to go for ?
