i have looked around on the internet and cant find the answer to my question, 1. What are the pros and cons of running soldered single cells in rows of 6 instead of using 3 rows of 2 as a stick pack? 2. do i need to condition my nimh cells, will i get more output out of my buggy if i condition the cells and use one of those balancing trays.
3. what do balancing and conditioning trays do and basically, are 'made up' cell packs better than stick packs? and finally 4. when i am told to completly dishartge my batteries before rechargin how do you completly dishcharge a battery? does a balancing tray do this or what? thanks.

see this page for #3 (look @ the Equalising Techniques graphs @ the bottom of page) #4 on a discharger that auto cuts off @ 6v or 5.4v for 6 cells then a balancing tray
