Buggy Tire compound mystery

Right then guys I am having trouble getting a straight answer out of anyone at the local track as to what compound of tire to run in what conditions, it seems that everyone has there own opinions on this as the answer varies soo much between people asked.

So can any of you decent drivers shed some light onto this mine field for me, and also answer me where do BB compounds fit with Schumacher compounds?
