where to get good lipos without breaking the bank

hey guys,

just thought i'd ask to see where those of you who get ur lipos online get them from? i need two 2s hopefully 4000mah with a 25C+ rating... any suggestions would be great... i looked at cheapbatterypacks.com and i think that they are exactly as the site is called... cheap haha and i've been told not to get maxxamps?
