Silly Question on Brushless Motor!!

Silly question but I have just moved my LRP X12 brushless motor and LRP TC speedo from a cat to a durango and the motor is in reverse, I press forward and it goes backwards

I tried servo reverse and checked the wires on the motor but all looks right....can anybody shed some light on my silly question!!
