Discharging and Disposing of Lipo's

Hey there people,

Hope you can help me out here.

I've just come back after a racing at DMS and my lipo saddle packs have swollen, some more than others.

What is best way to discharge them and dispose them?

I want to get rid of them before going away on Monday. At the moment they are sit in the bottom of a metal bin out in the garden!!!!
