Ansmann,HPI or AE??

Looking to have a bit of fun at the track.maybe start a new class at our club, but want to keep it cheep. So does anyone use the ansmann truck and what is it like as its nice and cheep, but a bit small, The HPI blitz looks good and the rtr isn't a bad price unlike it's full comp brother! or do I just fall for the sc10?
Main thing is to keep it cheep as if starting a new class the worst thing to do is pull out 500quids worth of truck then try and sell the hobby to a possible new member....we can do that with 10th cars all day
