New Madrat or used B4?

Thinking of having a dabble with off road, race touring cars at the moment, and not sure which way to go. I do want a 2wd for easy maintence etc, will probably run in indoors and out. I see the Madrat is very similar to the B4, is it just a cheap copy or a capable club racer (wont be do any nationals or the like) Look forward to your comments.
