Does EFRA Legal also mean BRCA Legal

Just purchased some saddle lipos from Vapex via Ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Add states BRCA and EFRA approved, however i can only find them on the EFRA list and not the BRCA, only the older 30c ones. I know i should of checked first, but can anyone advise?
