Track Preparation - Saturday 23rd July 1pm

[DianneH]

We are meeting at 1 pm Saturday to prepare the track prior to the NE Regional on Sunday.

Many hands make light work so as many volunteers as possible please. There is lots to do to make sure that everything is ready for the regional.

In addition to mowing, strimming etc there are a number of track repairs to do.

Please come along and help and bring strimmers with you if you have them - the banking needs quite a bit of work to get rid of all the weeds/nettles etc.

See you Saturday at 1pm.

Note: We anticipate that visitors will be entering on Sunday so even if you are not doing the NE series you are welcome to come and enter. Booking in will be 7.30 - 8.30 am.
