2.4ghz radio choice help please

Thinking of replacing all our radio gear with 2.4ghz.
Since that means 3 setups I need to keep to a budget.

I've read lots of posts about both the etronix/core and acoms systems.

Loads of people seem to have had issues with the etronix and quite a lot have had range problems with the acoms.

Are the etronix and core really exactly the same?
Have the blue receivers sorted all the problems?

Any other advice.

Oh and they must be stick tx's
