Futaba 3vcs repair

My 3vcs has stopped working, it turns on and all looks ok but its giving out no signal. I have tried it with spektrum and the original 40mhz. Who is the best person to repair it? I would send it to ripmax but i bought it second hand and don't know if its an import (is there anyway to know) or are there any other people who repair tx's. I'm in no hurry as i have a ko esprit III but i prefer the 3vcs.
