Default roof top track

In an attempt to get some practice in lunch time, I've just finished building our own little race track on the roof terrace of our office, right in the centre of the city just gotta persuade a few of the other office types to get a car now..

Its great!

Only problem is theres a bit of a risky drop off the side into the street, so I think I'm gonna have to invest in a line of breeze blocks, just in case. The bit of fence we had at one end blew off in the wind last night, doh!

Thought I'd share some pics.

Awesome!

But "risky" isn't quite the word for those dropoffs!

Any pedestrians down there?

Maybe some sort of netting might work?

The layout totally maxmises the complexity possible in the narrow space - loving that x-over insanity by the bucket...

Very "Clerks". Nice...

Cheers,
Ty

I upgraded those barriers on the corners so hopefully theres no chance of a car going over the edge anymore!

Breeze blocks are only a quid each from B&Q at the moment, bargain

I've also been looking at this software for lap timing with a web camera, anyone tried it?

Excellent track

And thanks for that lap counter link, I'm gonna give that a try this weekend I think.
