Default Problem with building shocks

Hello!
My friend recently recieved Losi 22, but he has one problem. When he building the shocks, he can't build them without rebound. What it can be? I think it can be shock bladders. May be they dont work correctly?
Thanks!

For the benefit of a novice, what do you mean by rebound when in relation to building a shock absorber?

How much the shock shafts returns after compression with no spring fitted.

When he built his shocks first time, they were great, but after one race, when he wanted to rebuild them, shock bladders become tougher. We try to compare new bladders and old, new one is really softer and "more" rubber.
As concerns video with Adam Drake, he building 8ight shocks, may be they slightly different

Only the amount of oil he put's in, due to the size.

Ah I get what you mean now. How much is acceptable / normal? Or shouldn't you have any at all?

Think most are running as little as possible on the 22.
