Broxtowe Club Event At Greasley Sports Centre
Hi All
The club has been approached by Greasley Parish Council to do a demo / racing event at the sports centre as part of their Parish Fun Day to which i have agreed to sort out. As you will know the sports centre has been our indoor home for a number of years and provide storage for the carpet and track markings throughout the year. So hopefully this event can produce some good PR for the club and keep outselves and the centre working will together. So this is basically a plee for help during the day to put cars around a track, talk to the public and help with the demo cars (incontact with a supplier to lend some cars). Basic Info. The Great Greasley Gathering Spring Bank Holiday Monday 27th May 10.00am - 4.00pm Falconry display Moorgreen Colts Fc Circus workshop Eastwood Town FC Magic Show DH Lawrence Heritage Horrible Histories More info when available. You dont need to be there all day but if you can spare some time to help between 9.30am - 4.30pm would be appriciated. Let me know if you can help the club out, either PM on here, phone or at the track friday night. Cheers

richard has told me car park, so bring old worn out tyres that you want killing off ready for Unglueing.
I'm getting one of my touring cars ready along with the old mardave and the short course to rag around for the demos. we could do with some more guys to come down and run some cars arount will be a bit boring if its just me Jono and towny and will be a right sod to keep up with the recharging come on guys get your fingers out we are supose to have around a hundred members in the club , if the weather behaves it should be fun, may even get some more folks interested we always need fresh blood.
