Oh and the "Batmobile" is abso-bloody-lutely hideous. If anyone paid more than a few thou for it they need to see a brain doctor quick. I hope to god their wife doesn't find out about it or they may also need to see a medical specialist who can sew testicles back on too .
ive seen a mini like that, but it was a super saloon/hot rod at layhams farm, it has an r1 bike engine it, completely space framed chassis with a mini shell p[lonked on top, cost him £7000

It was built at Z Cars, that's why the minis are there.

Cost him £150,000 and it's nowhere near road legal. It made the local news http://www.manchestereveningnews.co....ream_a_reality including a little plug for his business so he's got some return on his investment.

I thought z cars rebuilt dastun z cars from the early to mid seventies?
Fair doos for a lot of work gone into building it , but id rather have black 360 challenge stradale to be honest.
Also having the turbo closer to the exit for the exhaust means theres loadsa cooling so the turbos far more efficient, no need to modify the rest of the engine.

any performance car will have its turbo as near as possible to the engine, you get better spin up and less lag, fail to see how you think its more effcient

Yep, like what he said - I'm no expert but having the impeller so far away must induce chronic lag unless the revs are constantly kept high enough to keep it spooled up. Plus I bet the local Kwik Fit fitter'd shat himself if it came in for a new silencer .
