WANTED Schumacher Mi4 turnbuckle

I'm after 1 x U3212 45mm gold turnbuckle (new hopefully) for an Mi4LP that I'm finishing off as a shelf queen.
Schumacher have told me it is a deleted item! Just need one which has a totally square profile on the adjuster nut, not the one in most of the pictures with the tapered end onto the threaded section.
Any help much appreciated.
