Are XXX and B4 wheels the same?

Like the title says, will XXX front and rear wheels fit on a B4 and vice versa?

Back ones will go from one car to another but fronts won't because B4 has bearings in the wheel and a fixed axle and the XXX has the bearings in the front hubs.

there is a mod you can do so they fit.
