I guess you're pretty much just talking about the punch and timing mainly?

I usually run between 3 and 5 on the punch settings and outdoors I run the timing on 8, but indoors its down to around 4 or 5 since the track is quite small. That's with a 5.5 and 7.5 v3 motor. I found punch 1 almost laggy and punch 7 was very aggressive.

best thing is to just go with whatever it comes with and play with it

std set up is
1=1
2=3
3=1
4=7
5=3
6=1
7=2
8=1
9=8
10=1
all we change is setting 2 drag brake we set to 2, setting 3, low voltage we set to 4, 3 volts and then change punch and torq to suit the track
