Default B44 One Way Diff Bearings

I've acquired a one-way (#AS1728) diff which I want to use on my B44. Unfortunately it came without the Special Outer Bearings #AS1731. I've searched around and can't find any in stock - so I ordered from CML only to be told that they are out of stock and my order has been cancelled.

Does anyone know where I can source these? (I tried Losi Parts House and they are out of stock as well)

OR, is there an alternative bearing which people use?

The spec quotes 3/8 x 5/16. But as far as I know this is only two of the three dimensions you need. I.E. inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness.
