Nice steady mount - it'd be cool to see how you've stuck it on. I sometimes record races with an 808 zip-tied to the bonnet of my SC truck - but it's invariably a rougher ride than yours! (I'm sure that relates to my driving more than anything else!)

Thank you guys

Tymill, this is some captures of the video file showing the mount

Simply used adhesive tape and a piece of hard foam (the kind of foam from electronics packaging)
Bodyshell is also taped to the chassis.

There is a lot of trial and error before reaching (almost) steady result, keep working on it!

I like the way it shows how much time the front wheels are actually in contact with the ground

That's a great little video. I don't know if it's the bumpiness of it or the scale thing but it looks so rapid compared to when you see proper racing on tv.

It was much more interesting to see when the other car was in shot, would be great for everyone to have a camera on in the race, some slick editing afterwards could have some very entertaining viewing

Thank again guys

@eyeayen: I used a fisheye lens, it may also alter speed perception, anyway that is a good question! And we were not pushing as hard as without camera!

My friend recorded the race too, but we decided to do our own editing as this was a first try with all these footage, he's still working on his one (with one more ground camera)

Next time, why not!
