Default B44 Hex Wheels

Is it possible to fit/convert the B44 to use stand 12mm hex type wheels?

You could try it. Most 4wd buggies nowadays have a standard XX-4 type
hex. It has been this way for quite sometime. They run the smalller hex
on the B44 for a reason, to prevent hex stripping.
