Ok there are a few steps to take first

1) charge battery's
2) get to the track early as you can
3) practice all you can
4) race
5) have fun
6) carry spare parts

That's all

and scroll down the forum to find the Batley section, presuming that's where you aim to race?

Great to see another youngster coming to Batley !! It will snowball soon I tell ya !!!

Turn up and race, and talk to people - nothing but friendly faces at Batley! They will all help a newbie !

Regards
