Default Fan in 2WD

Just got a Nosram pearl V2 Esc. With a fan

its my first time with a fan in and was wondering will it drain a lot of power from my battery or is it just unnecessary.

Im using a b4 with a 10.5 motor on wood/carpet floor at maritime raceway.

Its ironic i have been looking for info on this too today ! lol

I am thinking of running my HW v2.1 without a fan as its making the shell ride up too much.

I've always run one to date and never had a problem with batteries on a 6.5T through out the summer

No need for a fan on a 2wd. Never ever used one.

Should be fine without the fan if your using a 10.5... As for the hobbywing/ speedpassion esc, take it off and mount it in front or by the side
