Speed Passion Programming Box Problem

I've hooked up my programming box to my speed passion speed controller but all it displays in the boxes are dashes no values what so ever, can anybody help?

you have a older style box that wont read the latest software, you ether need a newer box or if its one that can be connected to the PC it needs updating
