Default Tamiya Dynastorm

Here is my Dyna i just got into a fit state. Bought this a little while back for a good price, but man, i wish sellers could just be honest, this things was a mess, badly built, tranny was completely fudged, and just, yuck.....best thing about it was the shell, which was sold anyhow as i wanted a new one.

Im still to build the slipper unit, but couldn't resist a few pics of what could be the sexiest buggy ever created.

This car is in fact a runner, the most prolific parts of the car still remaining from the original donor are the sleeved dampers, which aren't bad at all.

Just need to fit a vinyl chassis decal too, want to limit the scratches, but it'll only be light use anyhow, its cost me far too much to bash.

You really turned this into a stunner! Very nice! I can definetely recommend you run it from time to time, with the stock tire+damper setup it seems to do well in particular on loose/soft dirt. This surface (when clean from pebbles) will also be easy on your when it comes to scratches and scuffs.

Thanks guys. Paul agreed, some light running has to be done. It'll be with the now fitted Super Modified, but ill go easy.
Its night to day on how the donor car landed, and yeah its my new favourite right now.
Busy busy though, as I've just picked up a nice, but NOT mint TRF511, so thats heading for a rebuild/restore for a tarts runner too lol, yup, thats my new terminology, tart runner lol.

Heh great minds bro. Mine has Frederik covers fitted, but the front is broken, so I'm waiting to hear, i want new covers, and the new shock towers.
I bought that one with all the gold alloy on it, its not bad, transmission is superb, just a bit tatty here and there elsewhere, but not for long, you guys know me by now.....i don't do scruffy lol.
Bodyshell, yeah, going with the Satoshi job i think, unless i can ask Jon for a Lee Martin tribute....we shall see.
