Default Trakpower 3200 service life

My Trakpower 3200 saddle pack is about 5 months old now and having just cycled it, one cell has aged worse than the other, 0.3V lower at end of discharge (stopping before either hits 3V) and I'm only seeing 2200mAH (68%) capacity now (20A, but not much difference with current).

Its not had masses of use, especially compared to my 5400 TrakPower which is older, has been used way more and still gets 5100mAH+ (94%). Both packs are always charged on a balancer.

Anyone tested theirs to see the performance drop off? Maybe mine is a bad one, or this is just the life cycle of the lower capacity cells?
