Each setting is stored automatically as you move onto the next set of parameters

the lights on the left indicate the mode you are currently in.

the number of flashes of the blue light on the right indicate the current value for that mode.

So for example left hand side lights flashing red/orange alternately = initial brake adjustment mode

Blue light on right hand side flashes three times = setting 3 ( of 6 ) where 0 blue flashes are no initial brake and 6 blue flashes are full initial brake.

I think that makes sense

there are no multiple presets - just cycle back to the beginning using the mode button and you come out of programming mode and your settings are stored ! ?

Im a little confused as to your confusion

it doesn't take much to confuse me so if i keep pressing mode to come out of it...it saves it. so if i press and hold the mode again should that show what i have set it too....because it doesn't it justs shows the first mode?

Yes thats how it should work - press until you get back to normal operation and all your adjustments should be saved. If not then it needs attention.
