Sounds like a good idea.
Can I make a sugestion?, Is there any chance the club could supply some short 4 socket extensions for the wall plug sockets? I don't mind letting people use mine like I have done for the past two meetings but the problem is that I can't pack them away untill everyone else has done with the power which is usually the very end of the meeting  .

Link isn't working for me Roger.
Regarding marshals, at NNRC we ensure that all marshals are out before the race even starts. I know that you try to minimize time between heats but doing something like this could help. Just shout out that all marshals should be out 1 or 2 minutes before the race starts, or it doesn't start.

hand out time penalties for none marshaling,green vests are a good idea,and on the time thing we were there at 8.30 racing didn't start till around 10 ish a lot of wasted time there, just thinking along constructive criticism line,get there book in straight away and not wait around for people that haven't checked in
