Imax B6, Input voltage error

Anybody else had this problem with this charger? Only just got it and this is what i get every time i try to charge. Racing for the first time tomorrow should i just go to my local model shop and buy a different charger?

We have a BC6, if our 12volt battery is low we get the same, try a different 12volt or charge it.

charge from the mains and see if you still get the error message. It will prob be your 12v needs charging
