Let me first say that I am in now way connected to
www.aurorra.com in anyway (apart from being an extremely happy customer), I've just had to post this.
Aurrorra is a company that sells LiPo batteries, chargers (FMA, etc.), brushless motors (mostly for flying models), etc.
I have dealt with Aurrorra on 3 occasions now and have never in my life ever got such good service from any company. Mike and his wife has on every occasion gone out of their way, above and beyond to make sure I am happy with and understand the products I have bought from them, they are both very knowledgeable in their products and they believe in them.
My first phonecall to them was to ask about the FMA Cellpro chargers. Mike spent nearly an hour on the phone with me explaining why I should buy a FMA charger, how lipo battery balancing works, etc. At first I thought he came across a bit strong but I soon realised it was nothing but confidence in the product. He still encouraged me to look around before I make up my mind. I didn't actually buy the charger until a week or so later.
When I got sent the charger I got the wrong one by mistake and after a quick phone call Mike's wife had sent out a new charger straight away without waiting for the old one along with a pre-paid self addresses envelope for next day delivery.
When I got the new charger they had also included 5 free charge leads (usually sells for £2.95 each!).
I've since called back to find out how to make a charge lead for my 2 pack 2 cell saddle packs and Mike did a drawing for me, scanned it in, made it into a PDF and emailed the diagram to me 11pm last night!
If you are looking for anything LiPo related I would make them my first stop. They have me as a customer for life.
