Default BRUSHLESS MOTOR

Well ive just installed my first brushless motor! not run the car yet but have a question, when i turn the wheels it seems to be a lot nosier than it was when i had a brushed motor it, the pinion seems to do a half rotation the "pop" and rotate a bit faster. is this normal with brushless motors it feel like the magnets pulling it round. hope someone understands what i mean thanks

It's normal. My velineon motor does the same even the the gear mesh is set perfectly. You'll find that the noise disappears when the car is running. Don't worry about it.
