Club Meeting - Sunday 17 April 2011

Good club meeting last Sunday - fantastic weather and everyone enjoyed the meeting.

Not sure what the weather will be like for Sunday but everyone welcome.

10 am - track preparation and then open practice

11 am - 11.15 am - start heats

We are usually finished for about 4 pm but it was such a nice day last week that everyone was happy to stay longer and we put on an extra round of qualifying.

Thanks John - trying to keep away from the buns though - few strawberries and grapes would be very nice though!

I should have had it last Sunday - everyone was in the sunshine and I was in the shade for most of the day! Mind you, when I saw the beetroot colour of some of our members - I think I was in the best place.

Going to be there too but going to be a bit late and not because i forgot what time we started like last time lol. going to be working so may miss the first round not that it will make a lot of difference to my driving

First time at batleys outdoor track yesterday I really enjoyed the track and atmosphere had a great day( apart from my driving ) thanks to all involved in making the day possible I'll be back!!

Never one to hold a grudge!

Glad you enjoyed the meeting. We were down at the track yesterday and have rebilt one of the jumpsw, redone the painting and managed to clear some of the silt. It is looking better now.

Let's hope it stays that way - school holidays!
