B44 Diff's

I have been looking at set up sheets for my B44 & have noticed the top drivers seem to run there diff's tight, does this mean done up as tight as you can get it?
What is the benefit of running like this?
Also is the 1 way front diff worth having?
Sorry if this has been asked before but just trying to get a good set up for Stotfold

No not as tight as you can get it, have a look at this, about the 4.00 is about tightening the diff

That's good as that's how i set them already, had schumacher's all my life & used to set their diff's up the same
