New C4.1 Stock

Does anyone know when the C4.1 conversion or the rumoured full kit will be available, everywhere seems to be out of stock?

It'd be great to able to get a full kit, with the carbon and brass bits to save having a box of unwanted parts from the conversion and donor kit.
